Several types of goods, including perishable items such as food, are excluded from returns. Unfortunately, we can’t give a refund or an exchange on food goods because of this policy.
However, if a bag is clearly moldy due to a pre-purchase air leak and has been eaten,
we will gladly swap the bag with another one of your choosing and of the same size.
